Beyond Skin just keep on churning out shoes that are absolutely spot-on for the season, but somehow manage to retain the label's quirkiness and character. The staunchly ethical label has really come up trumps with these 'Amelia' lace-up courts, which are a blend of patent faux-leather and hemp, with a gorgeous contrasting red panel; a theme that features in much of its winter 08/09 range and is one I heartily approve of!
I still can't really afford these beauties, but if I don't invest in a pair soon, I'm sure I'll have spent an equal or greater sum buying inferior-quality, cheaper ones. Here's to biting the bullet and spending that little bit extra on sustainable quality that's built to last!
