I've raved about their stuff before, but now this crazily-shaped chair by the Fair Trade Furniture company has a holy seal of approval, after a special visitor planted his blessed behind on its unusual, asymetric rattan form. Can you guess who graced the Jogya this weekend?
Follow the jump to find out.
It was Archbishop Desmond Tutu getting comfy in the chair; a fairly traded and sustainably sourced Jogya lounger worth £550. And doesn't he look happy about it!
Tutu was attending the Salisbury Arts Festival to discuss his ministry of peace and commitment to humanitarian causes. I hope the knowledge that those luxurious looking cushions were made under entirely ethical conditions made the experience all the more comfortable for him.
