Noon Solar launches new Willow Tote with built-in solar power
All buckled up, this shibori-dyed organic hemp and cotton tote looks like a normal handbag. But a hidden solar panel and included cell phone and Ipod adapter prove that this bag is something different.
The Willow Tote, $332, uses solar panels to charge phones and music players while it is worn.
This would obviously be best for city dwellers who get plenty of sun while jetting from place to place. I feel like I would have to leave mine on my porch in order for it to get a good charge as running to the car or office probably wouldn't cut it. [Via Shiny Style]
