Limited edition 'An ode to Modbury' shoppers
After becoming the UK's first plastic bag free town, Modbury in Devon has become a fashion muse, inspiring kooky designers Conway & Young to design a limited edition shopping bag as a tribute to the town's success.
The duo have used their own eco-friendly screen printing method to create the bags, which are made from 100% fairtrade organic cotton. I love the trompe l'oiel effect of the fake stripy red and white plastic bag on one side of the tote, but if you don't want anyone to mistake the bag for a real wildlife destroying carrier you can always turn yours around to display the text! £9 at I dress myself
