Over on Dollymix they tend to round off the week with a nice cocktail, so I thought I'd adopt the idea for Hippyshopper (only without the alcohol and with less sophistication). Yes, 'kids', it's a milkshake.
But it's no ordinary milkshake. Clipper's range of instant, thick and creamy milkshakes are made from 100% organic ingredients with no artificial flavours or colours. You can get the whole mouthwatering range online, for £2.49 a pack. Just don't go spoiling it with the wrong sort of milk!

Hippy hippy banana shake
This recipe is NHS approved, so not only is it tasty, it's ruddy good for your health, too! Since I am not representing any health services, I'd suggest crumbling up some organic milk chocolate and sprinkling it on top of the shake at the end of this recipe...it tastes divine.
Ingredients:
* 1 ripe banana
* 100ml real orange juice or the juice of one fresh orange
* 300ml milk
* 1 small pot (125-150g) of unsweetened yoghurt (low-fat yoghurt is OK)
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the banana.
2. Put the banana into a blender. If you don't have a blender, you can mash the banana in a bowl with a fork until it is smooth, before adding the other ingredients.
3. Add the milk, orange juice and yoghurt to the blender. Add ice if you want to make it a chilled drink for summer.
4. Put the lid onto the blender and blend for 5-10 seconds - until the mixture is smooth. If you don't have a blender, stir all the ingredients together with a whisk until the mixture is as smooth as possible.
5. Pour into two glasses
6. Serve.
