A yummy dairy-free cheese? Please, don't Teese!
Emily Tan writes: Apologies for the absolutely dreadful pun, but I couldn't resist. Until now, most people who can't take dairy, or have turned vegetarian and/or vegan, have resigned themselves to a life without cheese. Mostly because in general, non-dairy cheeses don't melt and taste... odd. Well, fill your eyes on the melty goodness in the image because apparently Teese Cheese DOES melt, and according to Bittersweet, Amy, and The Urban Housewife, it's YUMMY. Sadly for us in the UK I don't think its available yet, but for those of you who can get it it's $7.50 a pound for both Mozarella and Cheddar flavours.
