Bamboo phone: another eco mobile concept

One of these days it's just possible that someone might actually make a phone that's encased in eco-friendly materials. This latest concept from Dutch designer Gert-Jan van Breugel is made from 100% biodegradable materials including corn and bamboo, and it's cranked up manually by the user. Handy if you find yourself stuck on a long journey without a charger.
But it's still a bit of a pipe-dream: at the moment, the best you're likely to do is the Nokia Evolve, which is made from 50% renewable material and comes in reduced and recycled packaging.
