Bright Guy: self-lighting LED penguin
Everyone loves penguins, don't they? At least, you'd assume so with a whole gift shop devoted to them. And standing proudly in that gift shop is this great little item that would make a perfect gift, child's toy or camping companion.
Bright Guy is a cutesy wind-up LED torch that does away with you having to carry a stash of spare batteries every time you go camping, while also looking a lot cuter than your average flashlight. When you press the lower button Bright Guy's wing pops out to allow you to charge this penguin up. Crank his penguin wing, and the LED will get you where you want to go. I can't help being amused by the advice to buyers not to look for a battery compartment in your wind-up torch -- clearly they've had a few misunderstandings!
