Drink to the elusive big cat with Snow Leopard Vodka
If you caught Natural World on BBC2 last week, you'll have no doubt been dazzled by the rarely seen snow leopard, filmed in its natural habitat as its battle for survival continues. The beeb say that footage was not easy to get hold of, since the beautiful and elusive cats numbers are diminishing, with the worldwide Snow Leopard population estimated at only 3000 to 7000.
But you can now help the snow leopard just by...drinking vodka! Snow Leopard Vodka has set up the Snow Leopard Trust UK to work alongside the Snow Leopard International Trust and other wildlife charities in their quest to ensure the survival of the snow leopard. In addition, Snow Leopard Vodka gives 15% of profits made to wildlife charities specifically trying to help save endangered species, in particular the snow leopard. The vodka is available at Waitrose and other outlets.
