Heather tells meat-eaters "you haven't got a leg to stand on!" in new, hard-hitting campaign

Heather Mills has shown that she won't stop short of sending herself up when it comes to devotion to the vegan cause. As of tomorrow, she'll be appearing in a new set of ads aimed at highlighting the old 'farting cows' problem, and include joking references to her disability.

She's teamed up with Viva! for the new campaign, whose central message is that the most effective action individuals can take to reduce global warming and other environmental catastrophes is to move towards a plant-based diet. The Daily Mail has already got itself into a frenzy about how the posters - some of which feature Ms. Mills in revealing clothes - are likely to cause drivers to stop in their tracks, and tut-tuts at how she's using the campaign to 'announce her newly single status'. I say good luck to her - she's fully aware that the fuss over her divorce is going to pull in more interest, so why not take the opportunity to highlight an issue that still takes many people by surprise?
