"Berry Christmas" from Kate's Cakes
You may not be bored of mince pies, Christmas cake and figgy pud...yet. But Christmas comes earlier every year, and by this time next month, you probably will be.
Kate's Cakes, makers of gorgeous, hand-made GMO-free treats, have anticipated the mince-pie fatigue with a Christmas creation of their own. Their new Berry Christmas Brownie, available at now at Coffee Republic and soon in Puccino's, Upper Crust, Bagel Street and many more, is made with dark chocolate and crammed with cranberries, topped with a sugar snow dusting. It's baked in small batches using all-natural ingredients, and having just gulped one down with my tea, I can almost hear the carol singers starting to harmonize at my desk. Or is that just the dodgy music selection in the office again?
