Recipes With a Heart from Divine Chocolate
I was in Oxfam yesterday and almost fainted when I saw the new cook book from Divine Chocolate - Recipes With A Heart. It's an indulgent celebration of the delicious fair trade chocolate and contains beautiful, almost pornographic, images of mouthwatering dishes which can be created using the bars. The book is written by food writer and chocolate expert Linda Collister who has created and collected the recipes, which includes such delightful desserts as upside down sticky pudding, red hot chilli pepper chocolate cake and iced chocolate tiramisu. It also delves into main dishes such as crab risotto with white chocolate.
This beautiful hard back book would make the most perfect Christmas gift for a Divine addict (like me!) It costs £19.99 and is available from Oxfam and good bookshops.
