Online retailer Ecodigital, an Essex based company selling earth friendly hi-tec digital products, has branched out into the ethical fashion world, by launching a 100% pure cotton, Fairtrade t-shirt. The retailer commissioned local artist Paul McDermid to come up with an iconic nature inspired design. The t-shirt features the Fairtrade mark, so you know that the garment was produced under healthy, safe and fair working conditions. It was printed by T Shirt and Son who use predominantly water-based, PVC free inks to help minimise any negative environmental impact. All their staff are trained to separate waste for recycling and re-use materials where possible.
