The point this film misses about the Prius is that it encourages you to drive more economically, by showing you the effect of putting your foot down unnecessarily. I have had mine for three years now, and my fuel economy has gradually improved. I now easily get 55mpg on an average tank, because I have learned how to get the most out of the engine with the minimum of fuel.
