Enter PETA's 'Cooking with kids' contest to win a 'Mommy and Me' cooking kit

230_girl_baking.jpgAnimal rights organisation PETA are looking for the next big thing in cooking by launching a competition asking you to submit your child's favourite vegan recipe. They are trying to encourage parents to teach their children how to cook, which can help them bond whilst ensuring they are getting a healthy balanced diet. Prizes for the winner is a 'Mommy and Me' cooking set which includes aprons, cookwear and two rather exciting AeroGardens, which is a space age gadget that allows you to grow herbs and vegetables all year round, inside your house, without the use of soil or compost! The only criteria for entering the competition is the recipes have to be original, child-friendly and 100% vegan. Entries should be emailed to Peta by 31st August.
