Get ready for a new range of genuinely eco-friendly products from Sony, with the new 'Odo' range.
The new gadgets do not require plugging in, and harness the users' own energy to make them go. Most exciting is the 'Spin N' Snap' digital camera, pictured left, which the user charges by simply placing their fingers in the two holes and spinning it around. Other products will include the 'Pull N' Play' stereo headphones, the 'Push POWER Play' device (a type of viewer, which you charge by rolling it back and forth on a table), and the 'Juice Box,' which packs a fold out solar panel that can be used to charge your other devices. Sony says that all the Odo gadgets will be made from recycled materials, so it's looking good so far.
The range is not yet commercially available, but we'll be sure to let you know when it is!
