Fujitsu Siemens get environmentally friendly Blue Angel certification
Outside of Germany, you're unlikely to have heard of the Blue Angel certification. It's awarded to those companies for products and services that have environmentally friendly aspects. Aspects is clearly the key word here. The whole range of ESPRIMO professional PCs have acheived the certification with the notebooks also achieving the Nordic Swan label. The PCs won through on their lower power consumption rates as well as being particularly quiet to run. The Blue Angel label also has restrictions on materials harmful to the environment and requirements for recycling.
