Work Wise Week tip - eFax

trash-fax.jpg

Don’t worry, the picture’s just for effect – I know you would all recycle your faxes instead. In the build up to Work Wise Week, here is a great way to save paper, storage and money. E-co your office with eFax®, who have been offering cutting edge faxing solutions since 1995. You just send and receive your faxes like an email and store them on the computer. eFax Corporate solutions apparently cost less than maintaining separate phone lines for standalone fax machines. I had a peep at their website and the basic service costs £7.50 a month, so it can’t be far off. They’ve made things easy by making eFax compatible with Microsoft Outlook® or any other email account, so you can give your employees their own digital fax number so they can send and receive faxes as email attachments from their desktop or wirelessly on a PDA while on the road. Very smart.

Online faxing really cuts costs for the office. Fax paper is expensive. I used to use efax however I did not like paying the monthly charges. I recently found skax which has low rates and does not have monthly charges. so far it has worked well. the site is www.skax.net
