Review: Doktor Power - Green cleaning for tough stains
If you're looking for an effective cleaning product that won't add to your chemical splash, I can recommend Doktor Power (£4.99 from JML Direct) as a great alternative to chemical-laden concoctions like Cillit Bang. This rather radioactive-looking neon pot actually contains all-natural ingredients, and is one of the best cleaners I've found for removing stubborn grease. I know this, because I had a new flatmate move in this week, and after one application of this stuff, I wasn't embarrassed to show her the kitchen...

Unlike most cleaning products, Doktor Power is a solid block that quickly lathers into a citrus-smelling paste that can be used to clean ovens, hobs, worktops, scaly tiles, grimy car alloys or even to brighten up gold and silver. The paste is non-acidic and 97% biodegradable, making it far greener than most of its rivals.

Have tried Doktor Power for the first time today and it certainly seems to do what it says on the label. However, why are the contents not listed? Interestingly, if you go to JML Direct, and search, there is no mention of Doktor Power. I bought mine in Woolworths.
