Fairtrade clothes for men and a cool bag for women

bag2.jpgAs a young(ish) fashion conscious ethical man, I am forever trawling the internet for ethical, fair trade and organic clothes for men, actually for me. I was determined to write about some trendy and stylish shirt or T-shirt today, but alas, it was not meant to be. All I could find are the stereo-typical striped kurtas, baja tops and collarless shirts that would have looked dated 20 years ago. As for the T-shirts, not one of the many I found was remotely fashionable. I mean, seriously, is there some unwritten law that says men’s ethical clothes have to be unfashionable? I give up. So instead, I will blog about a really cool women’s bag. Well, I think it’s cool anyway. I normally have to run this type of thing by my girlfriend first before I make such a bold fashion statement as this, but today I feel like taking a risk!

As you can see, it is a pretty floral shoulder bag made by Nomads Clothing and is availble from Wizzardoreas Wardrobe. It is bright and summery, ideal for this time of year, a great accessory for your summer eco wardrobe. In case you haven’t heard of Nomads Clothing, they are a fair trade clothing company founded in 1989. They sell a whole range of fair trade women’s clothes, jewellery and bags, and some men’s clothes too.

God, yes. I feel this pain acutely, especially in the trousers. Er, the lack of trousers. Er...um...you know what I mean.

The only things I've found that come close are some of the things put out by Of The Earth.
