Ecsama recycled ringpull handbags
Ecsama bags are made from recyled materials by women in two Brazilian cooperatives near 'economically depressed' areas. And just so you know who has made the bag, each one comes with a handwritten note by the maker to make you feel even more worthy. The bags, like the ones pictured are hand crocheted from aluminium can-tops - some take 700 of the ringpulls. The ringpulls are all used and bought by the kilo from scrap dealers.
