Ah yes, stretch marks. Not quite one of the joys of pregnancy, eh?
The stretch mark oil that comes with the gift bag is perfect for keeping the elasticity of the skin intact (or as best as you can, anyway). It's one of the things that I recommend in my free e-book and tips about preventing and/or removing stretch marks.
Now unfortunately I don't have a cure for the swollen ankles ... except maybe put your feet up and make all the men do the work for you? :-)
