A good bottle of beer goes a long way to making the summer feel like, well, summer. What makes the Black Isle Brewing Co. range of beers taste even better is the fact that they are packaged in recycled materials and are made from organically grown barley and hops without the use of herbicides or artificial fertilisers, making it better for you and the environmnet.
Black Isle beers have names like Organic Yellowhammer, Organic Blonde, Organic Porter…among others, each with its own distinct flavour and style. The brewery itself is located in an 18th century house Old Allangrange, in the Scotish Highlands. They even have brewery tours if you are a real ale fan and are passing by.
All their beers are available online and can be delivered to your door, so you don’t even have to leave your front door to experience the taste of traditional organic beer. As they say themselves, “Save the planet - drink organic”. If I hadn’t stopped drinking alcohol, I’m pretty sure I would drink a few to do my share to save the planet!
