Today I am showering praise upon the Beyond Organic Skincare range, which is completely organic (no parabens, isopropyl alcohol, synthetic fragrances, sodium lauryl sulphates or petroleum based ingredients). Their products are rich in omega and fruit seed oils, with an array of vitamins. Although I personally feel that eating vitamin enriched food is the best way to achieve glowing skin, I am also aware that our skin is highly absorbent.
I like the Rejuvenating Serum, which...rejuvenates the skin and contains rosehip, a Retinol derivative, mallow used as a soothing emollient, and other wonderful oils. It made my crusty skin silky smooth.
The Boob & Butt Pick me up (yes that is its name) contains a mixture of eight oils and four herbs, for a healing, soothing and uplifting effect. It also contains Horse Chestnut, which has been shown to improve circulation. It didn’t miraculously give me perky boobs or a tight butt, but it made them silky soft, which almost (but not quite) makes up for it.
For a moisturiser I would plump for the Moisturising Day Cream (surprise, surprise), which contains Almond Oil (chock full of vitamins) and Rose (great for broken capillaries and dry skin).
Usually I could grate cheese with my sandpaper skin, but this little lot have helped to smooth it over. I’ll leave you with that pleasant thought.
