The London lineup for Al Gore's Live Earth concert, taking place at Wembley on 7 July, was announced earlier today.
Madonna, Razorlight, Bloc Party and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers are among the confirmed acts at the event, which will deliver the global warming message to over 2 billion viewers worldwide.
London is just one of the cities taking part in the global event, along with Shanghai, Johannesburg and Sydney, while there will also be concerts in Japan, Brazil and the US. The full line-up will feature more than 100 acts. Tickets for the concert go on sale next Monday, 16th April. What I want to know is will there be thousands of people on pushbikes generating all that electricity? I somehow think not...
