mugwort%20laundry%20soap.jpgIf you thought alternatives to the myriad smelly soap powders in the supermarkets were boring, think again. Mugwart Maggie's laundry soap is made from all natural, vegan and organic ingredients, and comes beautifully presented in a neat little hand-made paper bag. The Maggie behind the label enjoys telling new customers that the 6-and-a-half-inch pack is as big as your tide box would be if they stopped using chemical fillers, one of which is a by product of the paper pulp industry. The soap that she uses as a base is shredded and laid to cure in front of a woodstove and then finely powdered so it will dissolve completely in the coldest of wash water. So if you want to go out feeling clean, natural and smelling of chocolate, check out the full range here.

Maggies customer service is atrocious. It's been over 2 months since my order was place and I have heard nothing. Repeated efforts have been made to contact her. She obviously doesn't care about her customers after she gets the money.

I placed an order with Mugwort Maggies on January 14, 2008. After a month of emailing to ask about my product I still haven't received the product or a reply email. Luckily my order was very small, so I haven't lost more than $10, but that's still too much in my opinion!

All I wanted was a response to my emails to explain the situation, but I can't even get that. Now I want a refund, but if I can't even get an email response then I see that as impossible. I paid via Paypal, so my money was taken immediately.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do NOT order from Mugwort Maggie's if you want to receive your products!
