Send a Cow for Christmas

2006c_tagcow2

The thing for the fellow who has everything is a cow.  A cow for someone else.  Send A Cow allows you to, in the name of the person of your choosing (yourself if you're that wonderful) to an impoverished Third World household where it'll really make a difference.  Cows aren't the only option; if you don't have the £75 for full-on livestock you can start with The Gift of Training for only £5 or The Gift of Bees for £10.  No excuse for giving the same old tie this year!   [GT / John]

Send a cow…. that is the stupidest thing i every seen on this site ...organic or not.

The people of Africa don't need another mouth to feed.

Don't you meat-eating hippies know anything?

Hippies should look at the link between eating meat and the damage

Take a look at http://www.animalaid.org.uk/h/n/NEWS/news_veggie/ALL/660//

Christmas is all about cruelty and what better way to show it than to feature this item?!? The beneficiaries of such a gift would have to give up precious water and precious food to produce a highly questionable source of nutrition. If you REALLY want to help these people, visit:

By supporting the Send a Cow scheme you could actually be harming, not helping these people...
