Located in the foothills of the Chilterns, Cook's Delight is an "ethical and compassionate" foodstuffs place that sources from farms and small producers, and outright refuses to stock products from large corporations. They stock a whopping 4500 different organic foods and drinks (and host a seemingly similar number of poems by Rex Tyler). Their online store is down right now, so you'll have to make the trek out to 360-364 High Street, Berkhamsted if you want to see it for yourself. [GT]
