Bridge of Allan Brewery
Bridge of Allan Brewery is a micro-brewery in Scotland noted for their organic beers, Ben Nevis, Glencoe Wild Oat Stout and Lomond Gold Blonde Ale. Lomon Gold and Glencoe are also available in casks. If you don't like any of those, for £200 you can be brewer for a day (£100 for a half day) and design your own. And presumably drink some of it, even though you're on the job. [GT]
