Produced in Alston since 1983, Cumberland Organic Mustard is made from honey, freshly milled brown and yellow mustard seed, cider vinegar, spring water, sea salt and nutmeg, all certified organic. Cumberland Mustard contains no gluten, colourings or artificial preservatives. It retails at £2.75 for 170 g. You might say it really cuts the mustard. (But we would never do that.) [John]
