For the past 125 years, if you went to 'The Bounds' in Herefordshire Village of Much Marcie, you'd find Weston's Cider and Perry being made there, and now is no exception. The big difference between now and a hundred years ago is that you can now pick it up from the Weston's online store. Products available include Stowford Press, Scrumpy, Oak Conditioned, Perries, Organic Cider and boxed cider. They also have clothing, souvenirs and artwork. But if you want to make a fully ethical purchase, adopt an apple tree for £10, which entitles you to, among other things, visit your tree any time. [GT]
