TREAD cases are made from recycled Columbian truck tyres. We're still a bit unclear on why they have to come all the way from Columbia, but all recycling is good recycling (unless recycling is utter rubbish). And they are hot hot hot, flying off the shelves so badly that the Solio version of the TREAD case has been backordered until Wednesday! The good news is they're back on track (no pun intended) and fully available. Incredibly sturdy, with military grade protection and stitching, these are about the best recycling proposition available and at a good set of prices to boot. [GT]
