Organic meat, like all organics, just tastes better. Pork is so often loaded with antibiotics and hormones that to get a clean, pure chop is a total delight. Harmony Herd has regular pork but also wild boar, which is a fattier and stronger meat that holds shape excellently for meatballs or burgers. The herds are free-range and eat natural grass plus organic feed. Their prices are pretty good considering and there's a nice range depending on what you want, including custom sausage and organic wild boar bacon bits. [GT]
