Big Oz super-green cereal
Big Oz cereal's axiom is: nothing added, nothing taken away. They cater to special dietary needs, from gluten free to sugar free to cholesterol free to sodium free to low saturated fat to vegetarian. It's all basic puffed grains (puffed rice, puffed millet, etc) which I remember from my childhood as being amusing if not particularly exciting; the noise they make was always my favourite part. Probably excruciatingly healthy - and that's the best place to start, since you can always spice it up with a shot of whiskey and some blackjack pepper, but you can't necessarily scrape off the sugars and fats that infest average cereals.
