Spunky Sprout hippy onesies and tees

Sprout_galfalfa

Spunky Sprout - "tee for your seed" - has organic cotton onesies and baby-sized teeshirts made of organic cotton, screenprinted in black, and tie-dyed.  All non-toxic dyes, of course.  It was co-founded by sisters Toni and Joli Williams who "found it necessary to bring about a line of infant products with the multicultural identity" of Miami, "while also filling a void in baby fashion around the world."  A flat $24 USD (plus shipping) regardless of size, colour, length or style.

The shirts have four cariacature characters: Ryelee the protector in blue or green, Galfalfa the singing butterfly chaser in orange or pink, Azuki the jokester in blue or green, and Barleyna the adventuress in orange or pink.

Tie-dye has a timeless goofiness that makes these little outfits very appealing, and the quality is such that if you bought it for your first baby you could pass it on down to the next-next-next.  And I agree that it is very nice to see something other than the usual frills and stripes on baby clothes.  What I'd like to see as their next offering is the mermaid-tail style baby gown that the infant can grow into.
