Vita Craft induction cookware

VitacraftVita Craft is not exactly what I think of when I think robotic cookware, but it is strictly accurate - it cooks without need for human intervention. The usual suspects have already made some (strikingly similar) comments - and missed the point about why this cookware is incredibly incredibly exciting for ethical shoppers, and generally exciting for anybody who wants to save on energy consumption.

Vita Craft cookware can be programmed to cook specific recipes, yes.  That is exciting, yes.  Say you like your egg soft-boiled for four and a half minutes, you can program it to do that.  But the impressive part is that because it uses induction cooking, the cooktop is actually causing the pot itself - and only the pot - to heat up.  You're not heating a burner and then transfering the heat - it starts where it belongs, and when you're done with the pot, it turns off.  So it is fabulously more energy efficient than typical cooking methods.  And since it's programmable, you're using a very precise amount of power and getting better quality food to boot.

Now, are they for sale or what?  Do any of you lovely commenters know?
