Lotus meditation chair
I was sitting on my rather uncomfortable kitchen chair yesterday reading the weekend papers and came across the lotus meditation chair reviewed in The Guardian Weekend. It's ergonomic design will apparently sooth my spiritual health by supporting the lotus position to encourage correct posture and breathing patterns. Basically it should strengthen my aching back!
