The Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) in Powys, Wales, is Europe's leading Eco-Centre offering practical solutions to climate change, pollution and waste of resources. The CAT, open to visitors 7 days a week, addresses every aspect of the average lifestyle including renewable energy, environmental building techniques, energy efficiency, organic growing and alternative sewage systems.
