I went on a mission a while back to find an ethical bag. I spent a while searching and came up with a short-list but I ended up choosing this attractive Messenger Bag (pictured) from the Global Exchange (US$44). The bag is produced by HempMania and is both ethical and environmentally responsible. The bags are made using high quality Romanian organic hemp fabric and are hand-sewn by 23 young men of Chichicastengo, Guatemala. How's that for knowing where it comes from?
