Cafedirect rustles up Fairtrade whole beans

Cafedirect Hands on grinders, fellow caffeine addicts - I have the ideal antidote to these dark mornings. Cafedirect, the original purveyor of Fairtrade coffee nirvana, has just launched three new whole beans including the organic Machu Picchu ones pictured here. The growers get a fair wage and chemical-free fields; you get 'light nutty tones, a subtle caramel edge and delicious aroma'. The other pair are a mellow organic Uganda one and an Arabica job from Nicaragua. All three come in 227g bags for £3 a hit at big supermarkets and usual Cafedirect stockists such as Oxfam.
