I love a good spade as much as the next Alan Titchmarsh wannabe, so you can imagine my delight when I stumbled upon Wiggly Wigglers' range of vintage garden tools. Wiggly goes to the trouble of sourcing trusty, handsome and well-used implements, gives them a tool MOT - cleaning them, sharpening them, re-attaching loose handles etc - before selling them online. As each one's unique, you have to regularly check Wiggler Wigglers' shop and type vintage into the quicksearch box to see what's in stock. Currently it's this very fine pair of hedge trimmers, an (ahem) snip at £30. A fine example of the re-use part of the recycling mantra, if ever I saw one.
