Waitrose's ethical citrus
There's a new label worth looking for when you're down the supermarket - the Waitrose Foundation logo. It'll be popping up on South African oranges, lemons, clementines, grapefruit and satsumas in Waitrose stores across the UK and is a guarantee that the citrus was produced ethically with the farmers in mind. Waitrose reckons the Foundation will raise £250,000 in this year alone, which'll be spent on social, educational and health projects for farm workers.
