The organic pharmacy

If a visit to your local pharmacy gives you the shudders at all the potentially ropey chemicals, you're not alone. Margo & Francesco Marrone thought so too, and opened up The Organic Pharmacy three years ago. It's the first pharmacy to only stock all-organic products with no petrochemicals, no carcinogens and no ingredients derived from animal testing. It's not cheap but - for the most part - not outrageously expensive either. There's everything from a £7 5ml bottle of peppermint essential oil and an £8 50ml deodorant to an £85 35ml super moisturiser (the exception to the 'most part' rule). You can also pick up supplements, various bath room toiletries and all sorts of baby-specific products. The shop's on Kings Road in Chelsea, London - where else? - and you can also order most of the products online.
