Have a flutter, eat organic
Okay, so gambling your cash on thoroughbred horses galloping very fast around a racecourse clearly isn't the most ethical way you can spend your weekends. But if you are a horseracing fan, you can do your little bit by going to Goodwood - it's just become the first racecourse in the UK to serve organic beef. The meat also has the added bonus of zero food miles. The cows are reared literally down the road at Goodwood farm, where all the organic animal feed is grown. If you fancy a flutter, Goodwood's website is over here.
