I'm an incorrigible chocaphile - I eat at least one high grade bar a day, which I kid myself is acceptable because of all the flavonoids in it. So you can imagine my delight when I heard about Malagasy's new "equitably traded" 73% cocoa Mora Mora and Sambirano 2005 from sunny Madagascar. Sadly, it's not organic and Malagasy hasn't signed up to a standard such as Fairtrade to prove its "equitable" credentials - I've got my fingers crossed that it does. I'll post a verdict and stockist info ASAP.
