Green legend at the Tate
Going down to the Tate Modern to see the Joseph Beuys exhibition won't save the planet directly, but it should be an education. Though it wasn't the main focus of his work, the influential artist was a prominent environmentalist, an advocate of tree planting and a founding member of Germany's Green Party. It's the first time his work's been in a major show in the UK. It runs until May 2nd.
